Steps for Private Sector Pre-Registration

  1. For pre-registration through the private sector, pilgrims aged 18 and above need an NID card; those under 18 need a birth certificate; and non-resident Bangladeshi pilgrims need a birth certificate, work permit, or driving license.
  2. To pre-register through the private sector, the pilgrim will go to their chosen Hajj agency approved by the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
  3. The Hajj agency will enter the pilgrim's NID details into the pre-registration system and create a bank voucher for the pre-registration fee. The pilgrim will take the voucher to the bank, pay the required amount to complete pre-registration, and receive the pre-registration certificate. After completion, an SMS confirmation will be sent to the pilgrim's mobile.
  4. Pilgrims under 18, women, and non-resident Bangladeshis must pre-register together with at least one pilgrim who has a valid Bangladeshi NID.

Private Sector Registration Steps

  1. The pilgrim must have a serial number within the designated quota.
  2. When in serial, the pilgrim will contact the agency.
  3. A valid passport (at least 6 months validity from visa) and pre-registration certificate are required.
  4. The pilgrim will pay the agency's designated package price to the agency.
  5. The registration certificate must be collected from the agency.

Post-Registration Steps

  1. After registration, pilgrims will submit their passport along with the registration certificate to the agency.
  2. Pilgrims will undergo a health check (influenza and meningitis vaccines) at a government-approved medical center and obtain the medical certificate and cholera certificate.
  3. On the agency's designated date, pilgrims will receive training at their district Islamic Foundation or at the Dhaka Hajj Office.
  4. Pilgrims will collect their passport, ticket, and visa from the agency before the flight.
  5. Pilgrims must report to the Hajj Office, Dhaka for immigration 8 hours before the flight.
